When I set out to build TMPLT, I was in search of a methodology that would lead to deeper, more meaningful connections with clients in order to tailor their experience to their specific needs.
Rather than working from a traditional design brief that cut out the opportunity to engage with my clients directly, I wanted to craft a practice that centered on dialogue, reflection, and open communication. My ultimate goals here was to make my people feel seen and supported at every stage of their project.
